Please share your concerns with us about the sidewalks in your neighborhood and if you think that either the City, County or the Department of Forestry, who owns the trees that are causing the damages to our sidewalks. You may remain anonymous.
This is just one of the many sections of sidewalk that have been damaged by the City Owned and Planted trees. That they are now telling home owners they are responsible for the damages and its not covered by Property Taxes. And as you can see they want to "SAVE THE TREE". But not repair the sidewalks.

The trees have caused a lot of problems in my area I am shocked that I am now, as a new resident of Minneapolis, am required to take care of the sidewalks and if someone trips on the sidewalk I can be sued. That is NOT right!!!
